Made with the direct press (Provence style) method, our Malbec Rosé is a wonderfully crisp and refreshing wine, perfect for warm summer days. The direct press method includes early removal of the grape skins in the winemaking process (similar to producing white wine). We love the results with our Malbec grapes, as it allows the more subtle flavors of the fruit to come forward. The result is a wine that features aromas of strawberry with delicate berry and citrus flavors along with a balanced, lively acidity

Sémillon is one of the Bordeaux white grapes, popular in France and other parts of the world but only rarely produced in California or any U.S. winemaking regions. Its a staple at Yorkville Cellars.  Our 2022 vintage features a full-bodied flavor with delicious notes of starfruit, pear, lemon, and papaya- perfect for celebrations it brings a sun-kissed vibe to any special occasion.
