In Boontling (created locally in the late 19th century) lingo “Hi-Rollr” refers to anyone residing in Yorkville. It's our medium-bodied, everyday easy drinkin' red blend.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied, structured wine with smooth tannins and notes of spice along with elegant fruit flavors. Aging in 100% French Oak imparts subtle aromas & flavors of toasted walnut.
Featuring a blend of estate-grown fruit, this Merlot is rich and full-bodied with complex fruit flavors of red berries balanced with rich chocolate notes. Smooth and soft but features a long finish.
A true classic that exemplifies the unique characteristics of this fruit.
Carmenere is a lesser-known member of the Bordeaux Varietals, but its a staple at Yorkville.
An intriguing celebration of fruit and spices, with notes of white peach and passionfruit- there's no lack of flavor. A Yorkville flagship wine, aged to perfection in French Oak barrels providing just enough plushness without being heavy on the palate. Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect wine to take a moment and find joy in what’s pure and simple.
Elegant, smoky flavors are reflected in the savory character of our Cabernet Franc. This medium-bodied red boots have moderate tannins with a balance of red fruit, herbs, and a hint of earthiness.
