Sémillon is one of the Bordeaux white grapes, popular in France and other parts of the world but only rarely produced in California or any U.S. winemaking regions. Its a staple at Yorkville Cellars. Our 2023 vintage features a full-bodied flavor with delicious notes of starfruit, pear, lemon, and papaya- perfect for celebrations it brings a sun-kissed vibe to any special occasion.
An intriguing celebration of fruit and spices, with notes of white peach and passionfruit- there's no lack of flavor. A Yorkville flagship wine, aged to perfection in French Oak barrels providing just enough plushness without being heavy on the palate. Returning for the 2022 Vintage, our Sweet Malbec is a member favorite. This wine is made from a small block of Malbec grapes which are harvested late in the season to produce the concentrated fruit flavors and high sugar content of this distinctive wine. It has sweetness comparable to a Moscato with the body, darker color, and heavier texture from Malbec grapes. It maintains a nicely balanced acidity framed by a rich, blackberry sweetness.
A blend of 58% Yorkville Semillon and 42% Yorkville Sauvignon Blanc, Eleanor of Aquitaine celebrates and is inspired by the original "Bordeaux Blanc" blends from France.
Hi-Rollr Red reveals an intriguing complexity on the palate, showcasing not only the vibrant flavors of cherries and boysenberries but also a subtle earthiness that adds depth to the tasting experience. The interplay of these elements creates a nuanced profile, enhanced by notes of velvety cocoa and warm spices that weave seamlessly through the wine.
Elegant, smoky flavors are reflected in the savory character of our Cabernet Franc. This medium-bodied red boots have moderate tannins with a balance of red fruit, herbs, and a hint of earthiness.
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is a medium-bodied, structured wine with smooth tannins and notes of spice along with elegant fruit flavors. Aging in 100% French Oak imparts subtle aromas & flavors of toasted walnut.
One of the classic "Bordeaux Reds" originating from the renowned Bordeaux region of France, the Carmenere grape is produced in very limited quantities in California. Yorkville is one of the few places you will find it. With its deep, vibrant crimson hue and captivating aromas, Carmenere entices the senses with a symphony of blackberry, plum, and subtle hints of spice. It is a varietal that displays a remarkable balance between velvety smoothness and bold structure, offering a truly memorable tasting experience.

distinctive characteristics of this varietal, with a deep, dark

Our 2022 Merlot offers lush aromas of ripe blackberry, plum, and black cherry, accented by hints of cocoa and violet. The palate is smooth and expressive, with layers of dark fruit complemented by touches of vanilla, toasted oak, and a hint of baking spice. This elegant Merlot pairs beautifully with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, or rich pasta dishes.
Our 2021 Petit Verdot bursts with vibrant aromas of tart cherry, cranberry, and black plum, layered with hints of licorice, cloves, and dried herbs. On the palate, rich red fruits unfold into notes of dark chocolate, black pepper, and subtle herbal undertones.
